Heartsong Adventures is a weaving of Mother Nature and her daughters. A space for all women to come home to their bodies, breath and wildness. Our trips and retreats are curated with an unimaginable amount of love, intention and playfulness.

Heartsong is for the hearts that beat to the distant drumming of the mountains, forests and deserts.

What to expect

  • Our course area includes the High Uintas and Moab Desert

    We are currently guiding a variety of trails in Moab, Utah.

    Heartsong Adventures is based in SLC, Utah.

  • 3 days and 2 nights / 4 days and 3 nights

  • You will be provided with a gear list upon sign-up!

  • 3-Day Trip: $125 / 4 Day Trip: 165$

    • A structured and supportive backcountry itinerary tailored to participants

    • Workshops covering various backcountry skills (bowdrilling, shelter building, navigation, weaving)

    • Somatic, intentional spaces (sunset yin yoga, meditations, opening and closing ceremonies)

    • Morning tea & coffee, snacks, and Saturday night dinner is provided

    • Discussions on LNT, trip planning, safety and risk

    • Pre-trip safety briefing and pack check

    • Emergency contact services during the trip

    • Professional photos of you in the backcountry

Who we are

Lex and Brooke

Brooke and I met in 2022 as backpacking guides in Colorado and quickly became friends, bonding over our shared passion for outdoor education and crazy adventures.

Heartsong Adventures was born after years of feeling a void in the outdoor industry. We wanted more spaces where women could be beginners or continue to pursue their outdoor passions without feeling the pressure of needing to prove themselves.

For both of us, it has been a dream to create a space for women to connect and explore the wild.
